Corporate Credit Analyst

Compensation:

Annual package ranging from INR 6 to 30 lacs

Performance-based incentives

Key Responsibilities:

• Credit Proposal Processing: Evaluate and process credit proposals of corporates.
• Financial Document Preparation: Prepare Cash Flow statements, Cash Budgets, and CMA (Credit Monitoring Assessment), Preparation of Synopsis, Information Memorandum, TEV Study Reports, Bank Process Notes etc.
• Documentation: Understanding and execution of Sanction Documentation and follow up on pre and post documentation.
• Relationship Management: have to create and maintain existing and new relationship with lenders like Banks, NBFCs and financial institutions
• Collaboration:Work closely with credit processing departments of banks, NBFCs, credit rating agencies, or corporate financial consultants.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 to 10 years in credit proposal processing and related financial analysis.
• Skills: Proficiency in preparing financial documents such as Cash Flow, Cash Budget, CMA, Synopsis, Information Memorandum, TEV Study Reports, and Bank Process Notes.
• Industry Background: Experience in credit processing departments of banks, NBFCs, credit rating agencies, or as a corporate financial consultant.
