                                Experience: Minimum of 3 to 15+ years as a Relationship/Business Development Manager in
                                    providing Working Capital, Term Loans, Credit Rating, Private Equity, and Trade Finance.
                            
                                Industry Background: Candidates with experience in banks, credit rating agencies, NBFCs,
                                    financial institutions, or as corporate financial consultants like VGRO are highly suitable.
                            
                                Skills:Excellent English fluency and communication skills.
                            
                                Knowledge:Basic understanding of banking, NBFCs, credit rating, private equity, and related
                                    financial services such as Working Capital, Term Loans, Structured Finance, etc.
                            
                                Local Market Insight:Reasonable understanding of local companies (SMEs, Mid and Large
                                    Corporates) with contacts/access to promoters and CFOs.
